It's a clip from the terrible movie Mac and Me, which is hilarious. Paul Rudd shows it everytime he goes on Conan O'Brien to promote a new movie, instead of a real clip.

You really need to get ouside/get laid and develop a sense of humor. It's a fuckin terrible movie exploiting a kid in a wheel chair. Lighten up

No, but that was my preferred method of showing distaste for your post. You could've made a title that adequately explained that it was a clip you found hilarious. Then discussion of that video would follow.

I watched this movie so many times as a kid.

The dummy shot at 0:22 is amazing. The impact of that landing should have broken his spine.

I could really care less if they made Batman 3. I liked Dark Knight, no need to go further.
