I guess he's returning with a "new" name, Hurricane Helms. Does this mean the return of the superhero getup? Or just a new twist to the gimmick?

It's "Hurricane Helms", not "The Hurricane". It's the name he was using before his Superhero run. He's coming back as a face, tho, that much is clear. I'm sure his next heel turn will revert to Gregory Helms.

Imagine the genuine heat he'd get. He could make all kinds of puns, like blowing the roof off the stadium or reference the flood of Hurricane Fans buying merchandise.
