We have been told that Kurt Angle was checked out by at least two doctors this past week and they have come to the conclusion that Angle will NOT need another neck surgery.
They have also told Angle the injury is not career threatening.
Many people breathed a sigh of relief over that news.
Wow, glad to hear he should still be around for a while :D

I bet there are a ton of people who are breathing HUGE sighs of relief after reading this, and probably on their knees giving thanks as well...
But this is really good, Angle is definately needed at this time.

You know, honestly, I think he should consider retirement anyways.
He's had some pretty major neck issues, and it's just not a bodypart you want to gamble on.
If he does go, I won't exactly be thrilled, but I think he should think long annd hard before getting back into the ring. I don't want to see Kurt retire so soon, but I also don't want to see him crippled or dead.
Last year, we saw wrestlers dropping like flies. I'm just getting sick of it.
Kurt's awesome, but it really makes you re-evluate things.

I agree with Kane, or at least he needs to slow down a bit in there.

We'll find out if he is.
Wrestling vs Brock as he did in the past was really brave or really stupid. the problem is, there's as fine a line between those two as there is between madness and genius.
Hopefully he takes at least a little more time to decide. Impulse decisions are the worst.

Good thing its not career ending. I feel that Kurt is just getting into his groove now in the WWE. He has his fans that like him now no matter if he is Heel of Face and that what makes a wrestler great. No matter what you do if fans like you is a great feeling to have.

As long as he's healthy, I'm happy. I'd be even happier if he has a long and nice career with the WWE, but I won't push it. As long as Angle feels good, all is well, because he definitely deserves good health. He's only been in the WWE for five years, but he's already a legend in my book.
