for the last two days my interet takes forever to load up. i have cable internet. please help

thanks zero . but i just sent the whole computer back. too many issues . I had the thing for 2 and a half weeks now waitied two weeks for disks. I finnaly recieved them got the system to work for 2 whole days then more problems so im sending it back. Thanks for the help anyways
