For anyone who put themselves through the American version of this show can you please answer me this?

Why do TV studios in America feel the need to rip great TV shows from other countries and ruin them.

Seriously. Worst. Show. Ever :n:

See, I saved myself the pain and just didn't watch.

Yeah. I wish I could have done the same. It was like a bad car crash though. I couldn't pull my eyes away. I just had to see how bad it was :nono:

Wait, are you suggesting the original Kath and Kim was enjoyable?

Nigga, please.

mitchables stole it right out of my brain and put it onto the interweb. Never really watched it, to be fair, but it never made me want to. The same went with Summer Heights High. Was that as crappy as I feared it would be?

Also, the idea that the yanks decided to do their own version of Kath & Kim strikes me as hilarious, for all the wrong reasons. Seriously, dudes, start caring about the good comedies you do have (Scrubs, for example), and treat them properly before you fuck around with other countries.

No, but I didn't think it was possible to take bad and then make it 100 times worse. Although Clox is the exception to that rule :shifty:

And Noid, SHH wasn't that bad. Had its moments :-\
