I voted Taz, even though it isn't a world title until a member of the kliq holds it, and that was Justin Credible.
Also, yes, that means that the TNA world title isn't a world title.

Shit, I missed him. I thought I wrote him down and everything. Fuck.Ha. I'm sure no one will vote for him. He was champion for like a month, but shit I marked out like crazy that month.
I actually voted for Raven and would have regardless if Jerry was in the the poll or not.

Good, because I think Lynn is a worst choice for a champion that Tommy Dreamer. I'm no saying Tommy Dreamer was a bad champion, he just never should have been champion for character reasons.
Lynn just is so meh. Sure he is a good worker, but he doesn't seem like champion. a champion needs to bring something to the table. For example, Douglas we the best heel ECW ever saw. Funk was a legend, for ECW. Taz brought a big match feel better than anyone not named Triple H. Lynn was the wrestler equivelent of a studio musician. Techincally perfect, knows how to play, but nothing special

If ECW had continued, Steve Corino would have been the next Shane Douglas in terms of being the company's biggest heel. I voted Taz. So awesome.

"Always the king maker, never the king." was the line that Joey Styles branded him with if I remember correctly. And Credible was being such a huge douchebag that it was awesome to see Lynn finish him off. It lasted all of a month, so who really cares in the long term.

As far as importance to the actual title, and establishing it, I would say Douglas, with Taz as a very close second. The best overall entertainer of the bunch is probably Bam Bam, who could have been bigger than he was. But still, he only held the title for what, like a month? Yeah he was a great talent, and had alot of star power, but still, he wasn't a great champion. Could he have been? Yes. Was he? No.

Shane Douglas. He established the title, led the most successful faction with the title, and held for for a long time.

The answer can be summed up like this:
"Better watch out! 'Cause I'm a War Machine!
You Better watch out! 'Cause I'm a War Machine!"

I had to go with Taz. As said before Shane did establishing it. But my feeling was the title was just some extra object to hit someone with untill Taz touched it. Then it got I guess I can say it's credibility back in a way. Then after he lost the belt it lost meaning after a while again. But that's just me.

Douglas was a great ECW champion, so was Raven. But Taz was the greatest. I'm not trying to take away from the Douglas or Raven, but Taz.

Seriously, though. When you hear "War Machine" by Kiss, you just knew someone was getting fucked up.
it didn't matter who it was in the ring. as soon as "War Machine" hits, that guy is gonna die a death that usually involved getting suplexed on his head 165 times and then getting choked out.

I love Taz, and agree with most of what you have said, but I voted raven, because he is the fucking shit and a personal favorite.
