A while ago I disclosed that the RRoD put me offline. My bro sent his Xbox out to Microsoft and blah blah blah. Now we expected the console's return Sat., but it actually came Thursday. Nobody was home, so they left a note. Our bad, right?

Now on Friday the UPS van pulls into our driveway in the early afternoon. I'm outside this time, ready to sign off and get back on some Rock Band. But suddenly, without so much as a "see ya later", they split. Just like that. :wtf:

So my bro gets home and calls UPS and they apologize, while at the same time giving no reason for their van's drive-off. Now we wait the rest of the day and evening comes - still no 360. We call UPS and guess what: they tell us that they returned and nobody was there to sign off the package. *Buzzer* Wrong. We were there, we were waiting like we were 9yo and it was Christmas eve. Those fuckers never returned, but they told their office they did. :wtf:

So we're telling them that they never came and again they dodged the offense. They said they'll try again Monday but - get this - "If we fail to accept the package a third time it will be sent back to its sender."

These fuckers obviously did something wrong. I'm thinking they fucking lost the thing, split when they found out in the driveway, and lied about returning to further place blame on us for the unfinished delivery. Now the Xbox may go back to Microsoft if we don't accept a third time. Obviously we can't trust them in that manner... It seems to me that they're trying to fabricate a plausible 'disappearence'.

My brother concluded that he's gonna go to the local UPS station and pick it up in person. And on the off-chance they try some "we sent it out to your house, we're sorry" bullshit, I'll be home the whole time. One way or another we're gonna know who's bullshiting who, and where that 360 really is.

And in any case; Fed-Ex from now on.

Ummmm...they have tracking numbers for a reason.

Call UPS and schedule a pick up at your local center.
