The Headbangers gave the Stage Dive to the farmers from Bitters, Arkansas, but can they hang on when they face today's challengers?

Loved the Headbangers. Wasn't the other Bodydonna Dr. Tom Pritchard?
thedamndest
10-31-2008, 12:56 PM
It wasn't the Gigolo Jimmy Del Ray.

I was a huge Headbangers mark for seemingly absolutely no reason, so I voted for them, but god damn I was in love with Sunny.
Also, if you don't remember The Body Donnas, then fuck you. That was only like 13 years ago.

Yeah, I don't see how all these people can claim they don't remember the Bodydonnas but remember exactly how the LOD are the greatest tag team ever to walk the face of the earth.
Anybody Thrilla
11-01-2008, 04:40 PM
They must have thought you meant LOD 2000 with Animal and Droz.

Another Sunny team.

Probably LOD 2005 with Animal and Heidenreich.

The Bodydonnas are a very forgettable team/ :-\

Techno Team 2000 were forgettable. Well Dunn were forgettable. The Body Donnas were frickin' tag champs at one point. Unacceptable to not know who they were, I say.

Also, my vote for the next team in this is The New Blackjacks so we can get The Headbangers to the Hall of Fame on a cake walk.

Either them or "Iron" Mike Sharpe and Reno Riggins.

Make up your mind, guy.I was using this thread as the basis for that theory...

My point wasn't that the Bodydonnas were forgettable, but for some people the Bodydonnas were before their time or some nonsense so they don't know them, yet they still remember LOD.
Destor
11-01-2008, 06:01 PM
Because people haven't been reminded about the Bodydonnas and thus history has forgotten them.

I.E, WWE has chosen to forgot them. Not having a dvd, not being featured in the magazines and site as legends, or getting no nod in the packages makes you forgotten. It's usually not because they deserve to be forgotten as talents either, but for other personal or political reasons.
Poor Randy Savage.
This was a point I was making in the New Age Outlaws vs LOD thread.

If you think you've seen blow outs, just wait until we see the epic Headbangers v. Furnas and LaFon match.
Destor
11-01-2008, 06:06 PM
If you're implying that the hHeadbangers are gonna blow Furnas and LaFon I'm going to be very put out.
thedamndest
11-01-2008, 06:08 PM
Look, if nobody remembers the Bodydonnas, nobody will remember Furnas and LaFon. They didn't even get the titles in the WWF. Also, I am not implying that the Headbangers will sexually blow Furnas and LaFon if that is what you were asking.
Destor
11-01-2008, 06:09 PM
That is indeed what I was asking.

Id would like the take the time to recomend putting htem up against a team from WCW during the same time frame as their first run. Could be a very interesting match up.

If only Colonel Rob Parker's stable had somebody for Bully to team with, or Bully hadn't gotten fired so quickly we could make this happen.
