Yeah he's on a big time losing streak. I thought he was supposed to be the franchise player.

A few losses doesn't mean anything! I mean, look at CM Punk! He's enjoying the spotlight with the Tag Team Championship after his highly successful World Heavyweight Championship run!

It's one of those things that'll end up getting him over. It's a good storyline with him needing one more win to get his bonus. I like the way it's going. Maybe have him rbing in Marty Garner the guy he beat in his debut and lose to him.

And yes, MVP is being punished. Apparently he made some snide remarks to a guy taking his piss test. Also, CM Punk is being punished by being given a World Heavyweight Title reign and a run with the World Tag Team Championship with the very over Kofi Kingston. So maybe MVP is actually being rewarded, if things are backwards?

I seem to remember a man called Chris Jericho going a pretty significant period without racking up a meaningful win, you know?

I don't remember Chris Jericho's losing streak gimmick. When was that? Also, you do know that punishments do end in professional wrestling occasionally? See: The Motor City Machine Guns in TNA. That's if their punishment has actually come to an end. It seems like it, though.

I didn't buy into the "Vince hates CM Punk" thing, but I am buying into the MVP thing, just because what is happening on-screen matches what the backstage reports have said.
