Impeccable

Anyone know of any updates to the Christian/TNA/WWE saga?
I've been out of the loop without TPDUB and didn't check any news sites during its absence.

He is still listed on TNA's roster.
He is still listed on TNA's roster.
His TNA contract has not expired yet.

Fuck I missed this place
Actually, since he signed a three year deal the week of Eddie Guerrero's death (which was November), shouldn't it be up by now? I know it's surprising to think TNA would drop the ball on anything, but they might have a faux pas here.

Depends on the effective start date of the contract. The contract might have said it didn't go into effect until X date.
Ah, much better. Now I can get my teepeedub fix again. Withdrawal SUX!!!!

From http://www.tnawrestlingnews.com/headlines/230444711.shtml
(I would take this "article" with a heavy grain of salt, as although it appears to be written from a neutral standpoint, the end of the first paragraph cites how Christian was supposed to have joined the M.E.M. after losing to Booker T at TNA's November pay-per-view.)
The Very Latest On Christian Cage & WWE Inside Here
Report by TNAWrestlingNews.com Staff (TNAWrestlingNews@yahoo.com?Subject=TNAWrestlingNews.com News Feedback) on 12/04/2008 at 07:46 PM Internally, TNA officials believe Christian Cage is through with the company. They did make an attempt to get him to stay, even holding a meeting with him asking him what it would take for him to stay with the company. TNA even had some of the top wrestlers individually try and talk him out of the leaving the company, but he wouldn't commit. Had Cage stayed in TNA, he would have been the main talker on the babyface side against the Main Event Mafia.
WWE sources believe he's coming in while TNA believes Cage will be linked to Edge upon his return to the company. With Edge's position in WWE, TNA believes the spot is worthy of the heavier schedule.
However, Cage going to WWE doesn't come without risk. In TNA, he's guaranteed a position high up on the card whereas in WWE, Vince McMahon was never too high on him during his last run in the company as he didn't see too much in him.

Christian's stock has gone up since leaving the WWE. He's bettered himself, and proved he can be a top player. It wouldn't be nearly as strange for Vince to push him now than it would have felt for him back then.
I agree in theory but let's not forget that he's been the proverbial "Big Fish in a Little Pond" in TNA. Success there means jack to a large percentage of the WWE audience - sorry, Universe - and more importantly means jack to Vince.

Call me crazy, but this still sounds like a work. Maybe it's just the TNA talking.

You know what I'd like to see for a Wrestlemania main-event one of these days? (either WM 2009 or WM 2010).
Edge vs. Christian vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Matt Hardy. TLC Match....for the World title.

Not bad, but as .44 stated, Codetista isn't there. That makes 5. Add a 6th, rip the top off the Elimination Chamber, and make it an Elimination TLC match.
Edge and Christian Vs. Matt and Jeff Hardy in a Hell in a Cell is a match they've apparently wanted to do for years...

Jeff Hardy would die if they had a HIAC match.
