I'm been in the weightroom lately and i just got an mp3/mp4 player that i want to use instead of carrying my phone everywhere and risking damage. So i'm going to load it up with some shit that is going to get my pumped and energized. Give me the best you've got. Im going to d/l probably all of them and choose from what you've given me to make the "TPWW's Best Motiviation CD".

i tried this once and picked a whole bunch of songs that you'd think would be awesome when you listen to them but then when you actually try exercising to it it's too fast paced and kills you or you just can't get in sync with it and fail. most of these are mid-paced though i think so it should be good.
also i would recommend picking songs you like from GTA to exercise to as well.
