Hardly matters
Ryder wears pants while Hawkins wears the singlet.

Do you think they will be fired in tandem?

I've liked these guys ever since they joined up with Edge. I just wish they'd be on TV more.

Why can't one get a haircut?
Jeritron
01-21-2009, 01:11 AM
Because then they can't decoy for Edge. Who knows
Jeritron

They'll get a paycut, that's for damn sure.

But with Christian coming in surely he will gift him a Major Brother. That's gonna need a haircut.

They could have used them and Bam Neely to open up an investing firm called Ryder, Hawkins, and Neely. It would basically be a metrosexual heel rip-off of the APA, but I think it would be better than "those guys that used to work for Edge."
When I was coming home from the Rumble last year I swear to God I saw them in Penn Station waiting for a train, but I wasn't sure it was them because they're so generic looking. They were posing as fans.

When your claim to fame is that you and your buddy can pass for Edge with a bad dye job and an angry stare....

Zack wears leggings. Curt wears the speedo.
I had my money on them being wished well on their future endeavors...:shifty:

So Zach "Ride-Her" wears the pants and is the man. That ought to be easy enough to remember.

I think being two of the youngest champions in WWE history, as well as being involved in the main event of WrestleMania XXIV are both probably bigger claims to fame than "looking like Edge." Although that was a means to the ends.
Zack Ryder is the one on the right in that top picture, I believe. He's got the more sinister look to him. For some reason, he reminds me of John Morrison in the face, a little bit. The one of the left is Curt Hawkins, and I remember him because he sort of looks like Josh Mathews to me.
When they are wrestling, Curt Hawkins wears the trunks, and Ryder wears the pants. Ryder wears a Stone Cold-type jacket to the ring, and Hawkins wears something a little fuller and more baggy. They've also changed up their colour schemes when they wrestle now. For example, one will wear purple and the other will wear grey. Just to tell them apart, I think.
Also, just from who they have take the falls in most of their matches, I think the WWE likes Curt Hawkins better. Right now, anyway. Unfortunately, that probably means that Zack Ryder is the more talented one. I, too, saw them possibly being cut after their run in La Familia was done, but then I decided that they had a shot at lasting, just because they were very, very young. I can't be fucked to double-check, but I think each is like 23 years old? Considering the veteran workers were happy to be working with them over guys like Mark Henry and The Great Khali, that bodes pretty well for them. At this stage, anyway.

I opened this thread with the sole intention to post "WOO WOO WOO! YOU KNOW IT!". Is it too late to do that?

Ryder actually yelled that out on TV once, and I saw a sign that said it during their match.

That had to be a plant or a family member.

I dunno, I think The Dirt Sheet is popular enough that some funny guy thought a Zack Ryder sign would be in order.

That should probably be Ryder's catchphrase. "Woo Woo Woo! You know it!" and "I had a sign once."

Zack Ryder wasn't his birth name. Now his family doesn't even know which one he is.
