I just came across this video on youtube because I was finally thinking of signing up for xbox live, mainly because I want to play fucking Braid. Also, playing left for dead alone is gay as fuck.
Anyway, here is the link

I have no idea if it works, Im pretty sure it's illegal, but i thought I would bring it to everyone's attention anyway. Lemme know how that works out.
I tried downloading the file, and Nod32 blocked it saying it's a worm. I  my Nod32.

Well, that solves that. Sorry, and thank you at the same time.

Also, help me pick my Gamertag.
I was thinking of something with 46 characters.
I'd go with something with alternating lower and upper case letters with a bunch of numbers at the end.
Also, the file is a tool used to get your name/password.

I'm really at a loss how anyone could think this is remotely legit. :-\

Yeah, no shit.
AS if it is this secret that no one but Youtube knows about, since youtube is a small group and shit.
And Microsoft is this little company that would never notice if it was real, and shut it down right away.

Ther is a way to get extra points.
1) buy 1600 point card (if you can still find one)
2) Tell MS you're getting an error saying the code has been used
3) They'll send you a code for a 2100 point card
4) After you've spent all that, try the 1600 point code. They sometimes forget to stop the code going through.
I've done it about 3 times and 2 of those times they didn't block the 1600 point code so I got a lot of free points. Even if they don't, you still get a few hundred extra :D
Why do you have to wait to try the code you bought after you spend all the ones MS gave you?

Because the points are only activated when the code is run through a server on Microsoft's end? They probably have a half assed failsafe that will detect if you try to have both sets of points at the same time, but not if one set is used up then the other is activated.

Because you give them the "bad Code" so they know you actually have a card. They then give you 2100 to make up for the problems. If they forget to cancel that code, you can use it again.
But if they see it has been used t hey will know you are FOS.

Yes, I understand that. I usually hold onto my points for weeks and weeks because there is usually only 1 thing I buy a points card for. I'm saying like a week later after you have made the phone call, to try the purchased code. I'm not talking about right after you hang up and the guy still has your account on his screen.

Probably because the free apology points you got from them, which are still sitting both in a server somewhere and your HDD simultaneously, are associated with a bad code, which would presumably be sitting in a database somewhere associated with the free apology points. And only once you spend all the apology points, thus removing them from your HDD and their database in a server somewhere, can you go ahead and use the supposedly bad code for the 1600 points in the first place (because they are no longer in a database of "bad points" you see).
Okay, I see now.
The suspense of not knowing if the purchased card was still good would be too much for me to handle. :(

The Wal-mart by my house has a shitload of 1600 point cards. A shitload.

More like 10 shitloads.
Phew. I can breath a little easier now.
So I bought some points today, and remembered about the method of calling them and getting 2100 points.
I spent 43 fucking minutes on the phone just to be transfered to a supervisor who entered my store bought points code herself and applied it to my account, therefore wasting 43 minutes of my time.
