Big muscular guy all lubed up, flopping around in his underwear inside a boxing ring.
At times like this I must turn to the most trusted source in the known Universe...Wiki :shifty:
Several types of wrestler/wrestling styles:
Sports entertainment (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sports_entertainment) style -- combines colorful characters and dramatic storylines, with less focus on the sporting aspects...and is arguably the most popular form of professional wrestling. Despite its popularity, it is decribed by some critics as over the top, due to frequent usage of gratuitous violence, and crude comedy.

Someone who performs in matches at wrestling shows and recieves a form of payment for it. This would have to be their primary source of income. You could argue for the guys who make more in their part time jobs than on the indys, but if you regularly work matches for money, then you are a professional wrestler.
How I define the qualities of these individuals in which to try to conclude as to which I believe is better is another story I guess.
