I've heard some awesome things about this game, and I've always wanted to play it, but haven't owned a PS2 in like forever.
So, is there any way(like ROMs) that I can play this game without going out and getting a PS2?

No. PCSX2 runs it like shit right now.

Pretty cheap. This game is brilliant. Wish a sequel or remake would come out for a next gen console. It was beautiful for back then, but with modern graphics the game could be a piece of art.

Dude, PS2s are only like 150 or something. If that. Combine that with like 123456789876543 amazing games that you can get for dirt cheap at this point, and its pretty much a no brainer.

You can buy them for less than a hundred used.

Shadows* will change your fucking life. My expectations for games shot up a yard or two after playing it. It isn't some hi-rez huge production - it even has to deal with fog on the aging PS2 hardware, but the game has sense... 'a message' between creator and player. If I made the game I could retire from gaming a happy man. Buy it. And regardless, I would still love a hi-rez remake.

I :heart:ed Shadow, like seriously :heart:ed it. I've never felt that way about a game before and doubt I will again.
Oh and the ending was seriously :'(
