From the looks of it, PS3 owners will get a chance to try out the new Dead Rising. There are unofficial reports leaking from Japan (Famitsu Magazine) that a new Dead Rising is on the way and it will also be on the PS3.
There are also reports saying that Lost Planet will be multiplatform as well, which doesn't come as that big of a surprise as the first Lost Planet saw a PS3 release as well.
The leak comes from Famitsu Xbox 360, the monthly Xbox 360-only magazine from the publishers of Weekly Famitsu. Keiji Inafune, head of just about everything at Capcom, told the magazine that while multiplatform is pretty much a given for the two super sequels, they are considering given some sort of bonuses to Xbox 360 owners.
Capcom has not confirmed this story and will not provide further details.

That same site says there are rumours of DR2 taking place in Las Vegas.
So, wishlists anyone?
All I want is text that is readable on a regular def TV. That's why I ended up trading in the original.
