It's ok, U2 is way past their prime though. I dont like the album artwork, very boring, as a whole 2.5/5. PLease retire soon before you turn into the rolling stones. And by that I mean no new albums, you are allowed to do a greatest hits tour every 5 years until Bono turns 55. Thank you.

Also, its like Coldplay copied U2 and then U2 copied it back. Very bland.

U2 still exists as a band?

Listening to it now. I like it so far, but nothing spectacular. Not like Atomic Bomb was either or anything.
I'm sure its average not even bothered listening to it shall try get along to the tour though not seen them yet and wouldn't mind even if Bono is a cunt.
Meh, I can't recall much that they've ever done which has inspired me in any way

I am a big U2 fan and even I think that it is just an okay album. Its good but they have done much better.

All I've heard is the single on the radio, and it hasn't made me want to listen to the rest of it. I'm sure I will at some point, but meh.

I listened to it today while I was mowing the lawn.
Very very uninspiring.
They are fuckin everywhere...on the VH1 India logo, 30 minute specials, Lifestyle channels and Local Cable Demand service.
Have said they'll bring out another album before the end of the year.

It was over hyped I think. Not a horrible album, just not all it was cracked up to be. I may need a few more listens as I've only had 2...but like I said.

Only heard the single, which sucks balls. Not going to bother. Not liked an album since "All That You Can't Leave Behind"

The single is fucking awful. I'm not a big fan of U2 anyway, but I heard the Elbow cover of Running To Stand Still. Not a great cover, but reminds me that Bono can write a great fucking song when he puts his mind to it. Or he could in the 80s anyway.

For me, it's another Zooropa. Nothing that anyone will remember.

To me One is a case in point of Bono writing a geat song...IMO it is up there as one of the greatest songs ever written:
