So, I hadn't watched a SportsCenter in ages, so last night, for lack of better programming choice I turned it on, and who is sitting at the desk with the other desk anchor, but Jonathan "Coach" Coachman. How long has this been going on? I actually think the job suits him much better than WWE, but was just shocked to see him on ESPN of all places...

Awhile actually, I think. I've never actually seen him on there but I've heard that he's been employed there for a bit.

He's been calling college basketball for a while and I think he started at ESPN late last year. Never knew he moved up to Sportscenter though.

He'd been working the MSG channel during his WWE run as well.

He's on ESPN News quite often around 11:00 PM Eastern time.

Been doing SC since his release from WWE, as I understand it.

He's good too. I think working for WWE live on camera helped him out alot.

I've seen him on ESPNews in the wee hours of the morning but last night was the first time I saw him on SportsCenter.

He's actually not bad at it. A lot better than doing commentary for Raw, that's for sure.

I really liked Coach on commentary. Not sure why he gets such a terrible rap for it.

I dunno, I never minded him as the play by play guy on Heat or whatever, but I just didn't like him as part of the three man team on Raw with JR and King or Joey Styles and King.
