Mostly the computer savvy know how to do this, but for you mere mortals here is the quick and easy DIY.

Here's the easy way to do it (http://www.pcworld.com/article/150970/upgrade_your_xbox_360s_hard_drive_on_the_cheap.html)

Here's the $54.99 hard drive you need. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136072&Tpk=WDGWD1200BEVS)

Do it.

Do it now.

I have literally no need at all for a bigger harddrive how do you fill 120gb with game saves and a few demos?

If you play Rock Band you will need a 120gb HDD. They have around 600 songs as DLC now. Guitar Hero is slowly doing it too. Burnout Paradise has a bunch of free DLC that is close to a gig in total size now. Then there are all these games with DLC chapters being added later (Fable 2, Fallout 3, Oblivion, Mass Effect, etc). Yeah, bunch of game demos and movie rentals too. Digital Downloads of Live titles and Xbox Originals titles.

It adds up, Ogen.

Never thought of Rock Band tbh just couldn't see how people are filling them with just game add ons and stuff :D Also have reminded me that I bought the new GTA stuff and still haven't even looked at it yet and that was a week ago.

There are actually quite a few expansions around one gig apiece. Depending on the games you buy, of course, you may never come across one. Downloadable games are getting larger. And then, of course, there's that Rock Band shit.

I wouldn't do this unless you have an un-used 120gb offical HD lying around.

If the serial and size do not match up, you can be banned from XBox live by doing this.

lol what would the point be, then?

Fix up a broken one, or if you have a console already banned and wanna install a load of games, I guess.
