Which countries wrestling do you prefer more?

I think Japan has a better style in Mexico alls they do is suicide dive after suicide dive over the top rope. Alls it is high flying non stiop and ther is no real good grapplers.

Express your opinion and and discuss!!!!!!!!!!

Japan has a good mix, I find. High Flying is there. Mat wrestling is there. Hardcore and garbage wrestling is there. Ridiculously stiff wrestling is there. Tons of matches filled with innovative suplexes, slams, submissions and other spots. It's greatness.

Meh, guess the UK has no recognition at all.

I'll go with Jap, based on how the crowds respect the ring work and that most of Japs I've seen ain't bad, on the other hand there's Rey Rey. He fucks everything up for Mexico. So meh to them.

Japan rocks in Mexico everyone just comes with the same style. There is no variety what so ever.

I like how in Japan they look at it as more of sport unliek in america when its all about entertainment........... Goddamn Santino

I don't think it's quite fair to blame the evolution of popular American wrestling towards entertainment on Santino Marella.

For the record, I was going to post a ladder as a champion video but couldn't find it.

Japan's "entertainment" wrestling scene is nothing like America's. You'd be begging for Santino.

So you're talking, what, 1984 and before?

Because once WrestleMania hit this had become the standard.

YEah but WWF was tryign to appeal to kids NWA/WCW actually gave damn about what they wanted people to watch. Vince was not always in the spot.

WCW went to hell by 91... I'll give you 85-90 on NWA/WCW alone, but after that all mainstream American wrestling wasn't about wrestling anymore.

First of all, the "entertainment" feds are smaller indy stuff, with the exception of hustle which most people don't even consider wrestling.

Secondly, the entertainment feds are so absolutely ridiculous, that they are hilarious. As opposed to wwe's poorly written attempts at comedy.

Please, that's just elitist bullshit. It's all shit, just like Chikara.

Not elitist at all. I just find the ridiculousness more entertaining than wwe's comedy.

I agree. WWE can be funny, but for the most part there shit is so cliche' and juvenile it's sad.

Dragon Gate being the most entertaining fed in the world right now, means it's probably Japan.
