....future endeavors.

Seriously, is he bidding his time for coming back? Because I'm sure he's not injured anymore, and he's got time to do interviews with all this "not wrestling" he's doing. So...future endeavors?

Doubtful. I think he'll get one more chance before they give him the boot.

If he has been let go, they have not yet taken his page of the SmackDown! Superstars page...so I would assume he's still around. Perhaps he's in FCW to help take off any "ring rust" he may have acquired whilst acting and then hyping Behind Enemy Lines: Columbia.

He'll get at least one more shot. I think he's spent more time injured than he has active since he debuted on tv. Can anyone confirm this with actual numbers... or at least estimates.

Wow thats some bad stats there.

I have to agree i actually thought he was fired but then again he would have been on TNA if we was fired by the wwe.

I got scared at first thinking that he'd been released. To be fair, I like Kennedy, but looking at his stats it feels like he spends more time injured than wrestling.

Krimzon7
04-08-2009, 08:37 AM
He has Fragile X. Seriously, I love Kennedy. He is fun to watch. I wish him well in his current endeavors. To be honest, I think that he's smart to try and transition back into acting and whatnot. Kennedy may be realizing that he is only going to be mediocre at best if he went full on SPorts Entertainment.

I reckon he'll be back as the surprise in the draft that's coming up...though tbh i don't care much about him.

ClockShot
04-08-2009, 11:09 AM
After that movie got released he just disapeared. Unless he's globetrotting promoting it still.

But I'm with the majority here, I think he'll get one more chance to stay healthy and get that push. If not, he's out.

XL
04-08-2009, 11:31 AM
I put it down to him taking time to ensure that he is 100% (or as healthy as possible) before returning so that he doesn't end up getting injured again in a short time span.

Krimzon7
04-08-2009, 11:53 AM
Okay, XL that is a good point. How about he's looking for more of a move set? Why can't he be training to become more of a credible ring worker? That'd be cool too wouldn't it?

Kane Knight

Cena's had his chance twice. If he didn't try, he has no rights to complain....

With all the Wrestlemania hoopla, tons of workers have been left off television for the past couple months, even ones that are perfectly healthy. If we don't hear anything about him by next week's draft or a few weeks into the new rosters, then I would start to worry about him.

Krimzon7
04-08-2009, 01:28 PM
Hell CHAMPIONS have been left off of TV with this Mania hoopla. I anticipate kennedy as a surprise entrance on Raw. And he should take that fucking brief case with him. Seriously.

Meh, i dunno, with the shit Ryan Clark feeds us, we don't know anything.

Yeah, I dunno, his most recent theme such as what you hear in SvR '09, just doesn't have that "it" factor it needs to make it great like his 2007 music.

I agree that Kennedy is very likely to come up during the draft. Kennedy to RAW or Kennedy to ECW would not surprise me.

I say let him win KOTR (as a member of SD!)or ECW championship.

I hope Kennedy can actually stay healthy and remain on the active roster long enouigh for some fruitful storylines and a nice push. When he's not pandering to the crowd, he's a solid mic worker. I remembe his return promo on Regal before their match. Good stuff. I also seem to remembe rhim having a very solid match with HBK on Raw at some point. It was a very ground based match, but I remember ot being the best match I'd seen with him.

Does he perhaps have his own website, or did you read it on a so-called "news" site? Because, while sometimes most of the sites can have quite accurate information, oftentimes they do not. (Not to mention the infamous links promising one thing, most often photos, and instead you get 274,586 pop-ups.)

What's a website?

"Ken Kennedy’s future as an active wrestler is in doubt. He was scheduled to return to action five weeks ago but further complications with his shoulder kept him on the shelf. Speaking to the Miami Herald, Kennedy noted he has a meeting with Dr James Andrews in Birmingham on the 13th April to discuss his future in wrestling. Retiring as an active wrestler to work as a trainer in developmental is a possibility. Kennedy said “I’m going to find out from Dr. Andrews if that’s going to be a permanent thing, and I’ll have to deal with it, or if there’s something more we can do.”"

Kennedy to ECW would be very interesting. He could do a pretty good feud with Swagger and be one of the top faces, assuming Christian goes somewhere else.

Visiting Dr. Andrews is never a good sign.

Mr. Nerfect
04-11-2009, 05:55 AM
Holy shit. If Kennedy's in-ring career is over, with his acting background and strong mic skills, I'd like to see him become an on-air character of some sort. Either a General Manager, a manager or a color commentator. I still believe the WWE is short one color analyst with a fourth show being added to their weekly schedule soon.
