Online Gaming question (beware uber noob question)

First off let me state I havent played online since RTCW online Demo.

That said if I want to find a server to play Medal of honor Allied assault, how would I go about that?

I have the game its installed etc, but when I tried to play online I had to uspply an IP address or server address or something there was no self populating list like in RTCW so anyone want to talk me thorugh this please?

Or is it just that Allied Assault is way out of date also not helping me???

Ok so another silly question, if my internet is working fine why would I keep getting a server connection time out when I try to log onto a server?

Any simple fix ideas?
