No. You are probably confusing it with Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego?, which ran from 1991-1996. Where In Time Is Carmen Sandiego? ran for nearly two full years, from October 7, 1996 (within several weeks to a month of the end of WITWICS) to October 2, 1998.

Oh, and although Lynne Thigpen was "The Chief" for the full 7 years, the two shows had different hosts. Greg Lee hosted World, while Kevin Shinick hosted Time.

Just go to the wiki page for WITWICS and under the Origins section, like right beneath it, there is a link containing a list of all the episodes, even if some ep. details are partially incomplete. If you see one you like, type it's title in the search bar on dailymotion. At least that's how I do it. If nothing else, I at least do it for the nostalgia of it all.
