PREVIEW FOR TONIGHT'S HUGE TNA "iMPACT!" ON SPIKE TV STARTING AT 9PM ET
The road to the May 24 "Sacrifice" Pay-Per-View continues!

TNA Wrestling returns to SpikeTV tonight at 9/8c for two hours of Total Nonstop Action. The below is a preview of what is scheduled for the broadcast (card subject to change)

- Thursday's "iMPACT!" will feature a huge Quadruple Main Event as four of the top TNA Superstars will be in action on the broadcast, with everything to lose just days before the huge Sacrifice main event for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship! In action on Thursday night will be Sting, Kurt Angle, Jeff Jarrett and TNA World Heavyweight Champion Mick Foley! Don't miss all four superstars in the main event at Sacrifice competing just days before the epic event on SpikeTV!

- The broadcast will also feature a tag team bout with Lethal Consequences vs. The Motor City Machineguns vs. Daniels and TNA X Division Champion Suicide! Will the world finally find out the true identity of the masked superstar?

- Plus, we'll hear from TNA World Tag Team Champions Team 3D, who will talk about their ongoing tournament where one team will get a shot at the gold!

All this and much more on Thursday's "iMPACT!" on SpikeTV, including more news and matches for the may 24 "Sacrifice" Pay-Per-View event!

LET'S GET READY TO CROSS THE LINE!

I would seriously not mind Don West keeping up his insistence that Daniels must be Suicide, and then when Tenay asks him how that could possibly be as the two are in a tag match together, West says something like, "C'Mon, Mike! The guy in the Suicide outfit is an obvious stunt double!" or something like that. Couldn't really give a shit less about anything else TNA related, unless it were news of someone jumping from TNA back to "the 'E'", but the only possible superstar for that to probably have happen in TNA, Kurt, probably won't jump until Sept./Oct. In conclusion however, it will be interesting to see where exactly they go with Taz(z) when he's finally able to be "on-camera" for the first time, whether it's the "mysterious guy who's mentoring Samoa Joe about how to be a successful one-man 'Nation of Violence'" or whether he will replace West ringside.

Wait, what? A quadruple main event? I can live with double, but I think anything above that makes baby Jesus cry tears of pain and blood.

TNA needs to re-create the greatest heel turn in the history of our sport:

Mike Tenay is so awesome at looking disgusted.

Tony did an awesome job on that shoot, and he should sign with WWE ASAP.

TNA is still on TV?

James Steele

Yes, and Spike is wondering why they screwed over WWE with each passing week.

Spike?

SpikeTV, the network that iMPACT airs on in the USA (they used to air RAW and were formerly known as TNN).

Like I said last week, I LOVED when Don West insisted that Daniels was under the Suicide mask, and that somebody else was now impersonating Daniels

And I don't think Spike is too concerned with losing RAW, considering they're now the home of UFC

Remember what the lead-in into TUF was in order for it to get ratings...oh yeah RAW.

I don't know what you're talking about... :shifty:

TNA should run an angle where TNA's stock plummets to near zero, and Foley ends up selling all his shares to La Parka

I would like to see an angle where AJ and the younger stars dress up like Ghostbusters and have to round up the Main Event Mafia. No wrestling would take place for about three weeks, and after it was done Nash would stay on in the Slimer role.

What the fuck is wrong with Mick Foley?! :wtf:

That may actually be entertaining.

I can't believe I actually watched this show tonight. At least Mick found an opponent that he can look good with in the ring. A cardboard cutout.

Good to see that the Official TNA thread for the week made it to (now) 20 posts.

This is good news and TNA should be encouraged by these figures.

TNA is such a mess.

Now now Noid. We're focusing on the positives here.

This is now 22 posts.

23 now.

I can't wait for Kurt Angle to fuck TNA off. Please fuck TNA off, Kurt.

KYR

Whoa. Steady on there Noid.

TNA's Internet ratings meter just spiked there.

Don't want to blow the entire wrestling budget on a repair job.

But yes, of all the long posts I have sat through and read, this is probably the most appropriate one to sum up TNA.

Concise and to the point. No ambiguity and unfortunately 100% accurate.

TNA is such a mess.

Any of TNA's budget is going towards bringing in Rikishi for another one shot deal.

I'm REALLY hoping that is a joke.

I'm REALLY hoping that is a joke.

Well, maybe not Rikishi. We might get Rosey.

KYR
05-22-2009, 01:40 AM
Sorry. Can we go back to the Rikishi plan then.

Mr. Nerfect
05-22-2009, 01:55 AM
We sure can.

I can't believe the amount of times TNA has brought in a guy in a major role, without them being signed to any sort of contract. Rikishi, Test and Bobby Lashley all being prime examples.

I only turn to TNA to see Sting and Kurt sometimes but that is it. Also Rhyno if he is ever on.

At 6:30 in the video people hold up signs saying "WHO CARES?" and "THE NON-STOP ACTION HAS OFFICIALLY STOPPED" and the camera doesn't even cut away...God Vince Russo is a moron.

Angelina Love's promo was the best part of the show. I lol'd the whole time. Its actually one of those things where you actually fear for Angelina's life, since she is likely to get killed for saying those things.
