View Full Version : Ken Kennedy Injured

Lock Jaw

Ken Kennedy suffered some form of wrist injury last night on Raw while taking an RKO from Randy Orton. I haven't heard how serious it is yet but no one this morning believed he'd be missing any significant ring time.

source - pwinsider

It says he won't miss any time, but I still laughed out loud going to pwinsider the day after Kennedy returns and seeing a big headline saying that he's injured.

If he suffers another major injury that keeps him out for a significant amount of time, I see no way WWE doesn't wish him the best in his future endeavors. You can only have so much patience with a guy before it becomes clear that he can't cut it.

Remember when he was going to be Mr. McMahon's son? Then he got busted for steroids which denied taking before he got busted then said his doctor was a quack.

Remember when he was probably going to cash in the MITB and become world champ? Then he injured whatever the hell he injured.

Remember when.....

Poor guy. I know you can't control injuries, but I wonder how long until WWE releases him.

Yeah, noticed he was holding his wrist after the main last night. Pretty 'rolf' and :( at the same time. I don't really have much of an opinion on the guy 'cause he's never around long enough for me to form one. Be nice to see him have a few months straight. No way they'll release him though

Don't be silly erickman and KIRA. Mr. Kennedy has never drawn 28,000 people to the Garden or grossed over $100m (without merchandise) when on top

He should just become a mouthpiece. By god he's god loads of that to give and also, it's practically all he's known for anyway.

Chuck him on commentary or as a heel manager.

I think we can confirm now that every "era" of WWE or TNA will have someone suffering from "The Nash Effect".

You know what you can control, though?

Buying steroids on the internet in direct violation of the policies of the company you work for.

So it sucks he got injured, but your other example is his own damn fault. Even if he didn't know his doctor was a quack, and didn't think it was odd to be sneaking around and hiding his shit with drugs which prevent gynecomastia (read: Even if he was completely retarded), he still did violate WWE's policies.

Anyway, sucks he got injured, but he's hardly a hard luck case so far.

I was thinking the same thing, he even threw a punch kennedys direction before he started to thump the mat.

True hogan sucks just bad in the ring as Nash does but for some unknown reason he too puts asses in seats

Thats okay though Kennedy just needs the opportunity to injure himself in a main event caliber match then he'll really be on his way.

Ken Kennedy doesn't remind me of Nash. He reminds me of someone else who was constantly injured, though...

Ahmed Johnson.

Yeah, like him or not, Nash stood at the top of the industry in his time, was a multiple world champion, and was a key factor in an angle that altered the course of wrestling history.

Ahmed was a guy who had some midcard success but was ultimately pwned by his injury track record.

Kennedy is on track to more emulate the latter.

Latter.

Wow, I'm not even trying anymore.

I read a rumor that Ahmed was going to come back to feud with The Godfather, but that idea was scrapped when he was busted for getting a hooker.
