...but want to.

There have been a few times where I've said I haven't seen a movie and somebody says "OMG...Why have you not seen that film?!!?"...it must have happened to somebody else.

What are the films you haven't seen but know you should

My list starts with;

One flew over the cuckoos nest
Ben Hur
LA Confidential
Doctor Zhivago
Citizen Kane
The Italian Job (original)

What about you guys? You might even suggest something I need to watch.

The original Ocean's Eleven. Can't seem to find it, not that I know where to look for it in the first place.

Up until last yeat I had never seen any of the original Star Wars films. That has since changed. I still haven't seen any of the Indiana Jones movies though. Oh and E.T.

How long have you got?

To start with, I haven't seen a single movie named in this thread so far, bar Cuckoo's Nest.

There's a shitload more but I'm too lazy to think at the moment.</font>

Sometimes it's a struggle to watch classics because a) you never saw them at an early age
b) the dvds are rare and expensive

I can see how it would be tough to see certain films if you aren't a film geek.

I think it was a letdown too. Not a terrible movie or anything, but not as great as it was hyped up to me.

They did a study at I think MIT and they discovered that only douchebags didn't like The Big Lebowski. So yeah this makes sense.
