From wrestlingINC.com...
As of right now, sources within TNA claim the company is interested in Umaga. One member of management sees dollar signs in a program with Samoa Joe and Umaga. Umaga’s clause with WWE will be expiring late in the summer.

Stop stealing my comedic thunder.
TNA is interested in a former WWE wrestler.
Holy fuck, stop the presses.

I really want Umaga to go to japan for a little while before he signs. I would kill for a match between him and Morishima.

How can it be an interesting angle?
He's Samoan, and so is he! Steel Cage Match!
If TNA ever actually decided to instigate a 'Wellness Policy' of their own (and be legit about it) they'd lose ¾ of their roster overnight.
Actually, if the WWE ever...nevermind.

-- CNN.com reports that a Slim Jim factory exploded in North Carolina the same day as the Macho Man Randy Savage DVD release (http://wrestlinginc.com/news/wi/2009/0609/417286/mr_kennedy/index.shtml#). The explosion was pretty serious and left 3 people in critical condition.

You know something strange I actually thought that Umaga was kinda brought in because of the "popularity" Samoa Joe was generating for TNA. Kinda why they made Umaga as a kinda Samoan undefeated force for the beginning of this run.
The real question is how much of his Umaga likeness can he use? Is it possible for the WWE to try and copywrite his tattoos? :shifty:
Samoa Joe is a fat, useless bastard.

Wasn't Umaga already in TNA at one point as Ecmo? He teamed with Sonny Siaki.

WWE built Umaga so well, he was one of my favourite current wrestlers. Shame to see him go to TNA.

What's sad is that only one member of management sees dollar signs in a program between Samoa Joe and Eddie Fatu.

No, Some guy named Eddie Fatu was in TNA. He looks a lot like Umaga, but he isn't UMAGA!

Don't say stop the presses unless you're stuck in the presses.

Umaga/ AJ Styles is a match TNA has to do. I think Umaga would be a fantastic base for AJ.

Umaga would be a fantastic base for a pool table.

Umaga would be a fantastic base for a pool table.I'd like to think AJ is slightly more athletic than a pool table.

You-Mang-A to TNA!
I'd like to think AJ is slightly more athletic than a pool table.
Oh he is definitely. My point was that Umaga was of sufficient size and girth to be the base of a pool table...why am I explaining this?

I'm officially a fan of Eddie Fatu, by the way. The man made a ridiculous character work, and is probably the best worker of The Wild Samoan family.

How great would it be if they did and he had to wear a shirt at every waking moment.

He could feud with Matthew McConaughey in a deeply personal mainstream-reaching feud.

I doubt it. TNA would want to own his name. He'll get something else entirely.
