I do not understand this system. What happened to Goldeneye/OoT, do neither advance as a result of a tie. Is there going to the be standard 5 wins = hall of fame rule for these as well???

Starfox was always one of the forgotten classic N64 games. On the other hand, it had fucking Slippy.

but appreciate you doing this, n64 is sooo amazing. My friends and I hold an annual n64 day long tourney. We are doing one in like 2 weeks. We are trying new format, as this is our second time doing this. We are putting any multiplayer games that qualify into a bag and just picking randomly as day goes on until we reach a time limit. Last time I organized it so we had set game list order, and it went a little long. So excited for it.

I've always liked Wave Race, and thought it was a vastly under-rated game. Unfortunately for Wave Race, Star Fox is just awesome. :$

I agree RDD, wave race is a great game, probably doesn't get the credit it deserves either. Against most games Wave Race could hold its own, but Star Fox brought it.

Star Fox 64 was one of my favorite games ever when I was younger. I played it so much, and I loved some multiplayer action with friends, because I could dominate everyone.
