Gotta say though, I recently picked up a few games (Res Evil 5, Mirror's Edge, GTA IV) for £6 each. I use to be a "Thrower" too. The worst throwing of a controller I've done was when I was playing WWF Warzone years ago and I was playing against my brother and I lost. After I lost I did the typical kid thing and shouted that it wasn't fair and then I threw the controller down to the ground with some force. Little did I know that the WWF Warzone case was beside me and I accidently threw the controller onto it. The case smashed which caused me and my brother to have an argument.

I'm nothing like that now though. The last time I complained about a game was sometime last month when I was playing SmackDown vs Raw 2009. I was playing Career Mode as Randy Orton and I was playing a MITB Ladder Match and all the way through the match, the CPU didn't attempt to grab the briefcase at all. So it was left up to me to do it. After spending about 45 minutes of constantly climbing the ladder, crabbing the briefcase for about 5 seconds then getting attacked simultaneously by 5 opponents, I was just about to get the briefcase loose when everyone attacked me again. Then out of nowhere, John Morrison climbs the ladder, and easily captures the briefcase and wins the match. None of the other 4 opponents even attempted to stop him. They just stood there over me and let Morrison win. I was really pissed off at that and I just complained to myself about how I just got screwed.

I said "fuck this game" to Goldeneye N64 when I repeatedly tried to beat the Water Caverns level on 00-Agent mode. I'd get to the very end with a tiny bit of health left and then I'd come to that fucking corridor with the fucking machine gun hanging on the other side.

Sometimes I could destroy the machine gun and proceed forward, but then there would be extra guys waiting in the next room who would kill me. That, or someone would come from behind and kill me that way.

I still haven't beaten it. Fuck that game.

I broke the front face plate to MK1 once. It was in the SNES and I had lost to Goro for the 157000th time. Well I was upset and since the system was sitting on the floor I tried to turn it off with my foot. Well I kicked at the power button and missed and when I brought my foot back down my heel caught the top edge of the cartridge and snapped the front of the exposed cartridge right off from the rest. The look on my brothers face while I was holding half of the front plate was priceless (especially since it was his game). Anyway I taped it back up and tried it and it worked fine, but I still can't beat Goro.

But FF III is as hard as a game can get without being broken. So it frustrates me to no end. Also, before you even say it, fuck gamefaqs. God of War I - the spinning blades on a wall you have to climb up. Wouldn't be as bad if it wasn't for the fact that each set of blades turns a different direction which makes it impossible to stop and Kratos can only climb jump to make it up the wall.

Max Payne and the 2nd "dream" level. The fact that the walkway is all dark and you don't have a normal jump but a slow-mo jump and the crying baby made that the worst non-broken level I ever played.

Yeah, well I just couldnt take it anymore. I hate that fucking game, you can go on a 6 game winning streak which takes about 30 mins to do then have 3 disconnects and 3 hosts ending matches about 30 seconds in when their team is up by a single kill all in about 5 mins and then winning streak is erased. They really fucking need to do something about that. My record was 763-817 and I am sure that well over 200 of those losses were due to host ending matchs and disconnects.

That game is just a huge source of frustration and anger for me, because when your actually playing good (ending matches with 20 Kills -5 Deaths) and you keep losing because 2-3 people on your team are getting 2-5 kills and 15-20 deaths.

Like I just feel an enormous surge of anger and rage when I see the connection interruppted symbol and message flash when I am in the lead after I just won a hard fought match. I practically beg my Xbox not to disconnect then it does, ending up in an unfair loss (because I was actually on the team leading with 690/750)


Then if you play free-for-all, you are supposed to be credited with a win if you place in the top 3, but for some reason you dont.

Any Midway Sports game with the constant AI that cheats when your ahead or when its a close game on any difficulty. Its one thing to make sports games "arcade-y" to be faster or more fun than a sim style sports game but its another thing to be using a CPU that "cheats" at any time possible.

Worst was NHL Hitz 20-02 with the quick 1-timer shots that end up as goals for the CPU even with the best D or goalies in the game.
