omgggg this movie was tremendous. I had to "take a huge leak" like 20 mins into the movie but held it in the entire time because I did not want to miss a single scene. Whole movie didn't "fuck around" and got straight to the "meat and potatoes". Mad captivating and a huge mind fuck of a movie. Loved it.

Stars Sam Rockwell (who is the best) and Kevin Spacey as a talking robot and is directed by David Bowie's son. Mad good.

Yeah looks good, from the trailer it looks kind of like a 2001/Solaris hybrid, don't know if thats an accurate comparison though.

Haven't seen Solaris but there are def some obvious 2001 comparisons, starting with the whole talking robot/spaceship controlling the mission thing. Didn't really have any "extremely drawn out boring parts" though. Had more "pop sensibilities" than 2001.

Heard about it, wanna see it, hasn't gotten to my neck of the woods yet.

My damn arts/independent theatre only has 2 screens.

Yea I can't wait to see this but finding a place it's showing and carrying out is a huge pain in the ass

Will definitely see this when it's on DVD aka broadcast on the internet for pretty much the reason Jeritron cited.
