quick time event, you fools.

like a random button will flash up on the screen and you have a limited period of time to press the corresponding button before you fail.

Honestly, it's really not that hard to learn to hit the one marked "X" when the big coloured button with the "X" shows up on the screen.

Not usually, but sometimes those super-soldiers can be a real bitch to contend with in [PROTOTYPE].

Hell, one idea I actually LIKED from the original SvR was the pre-match hijinx, such as a staredown leading into a shove battle, or the tie-up thing.

Even the turnbuckle chop mini-game was fun in a weird way, but the B&P (Bra and Panties Match) concept in that game was not thought out at all...I mean, it's like, what, I have to make the ladies "submit" just so I can see some crudely drawn pair of brassieres and panties? No, thanks, THQ and Yuke's.

I have never, ever in my life had an issue with memorizing buttons on a controller because they were colored/positioned different across consoles/generations. And that's not a 'hardcore gamer' thing or anything like that.

Mask, you are tripping.

Takes me a week to adjust to a new controller layout normally. The multicolour thing would be annoying as hell though, but yeah I had the bland ass North American SNES controller and never had a dreamcast.

Also, get on Live, you tit. UFC and Streets of Rage 2.

i dunno if i played more im sure it would be an issue, but i played the arse off my snes back in the day. now it's a sort of intermittant thing i only do when i'm really bored.

KK got my thinking though, the xbox's layout is y then x and a then b, which kinda makes sense and makes it all a little easier. so i will report back when i can.

Tried playing the balloon tossing game in Yoshi's Island on emulator and that was so hard. Mad button pressing. For some reason the only ABXY button configuration I can remember is Xbox 360. Haven't played one in like 6 months. Sad

TBH, it didn't really take any real effort for me to adapt to the XBox 360 controllers' face buttons, I mean, even beginners should be able to memorize it simply: A is green, B is red, X is blue, Y is yellow.
