VINCE: Rey is far bigger than Evan! I mean look at him and look at Evan! I'll tell you what, have Evan arm wrestle Rey and if he wins we'll start using him in the US Title division.

VINCE: If Evan can beat Rey at arm wrestling we'll give him a shot.

I have a feeling that Chris Jericho's partner will be Kane, who has nothing else going on for him right now.

Evan Bourne will get his chance. The company knows he is a good worker, and they know what they want to use him for, at the moment: A guy who wrestles good matches on the undercard and wins, and then makes upper-card guys look fantastic in hard-fought losing efforts.

Primo is not in the match, either, and he is directly involved in a feud with one of the competitors. This match at Night of Champions is pretty much a thrown-together thing to get the US Title on the show and make sure a lot of talent gets air-time.

Yeah, it pisses me off to no end that we have to sit there and believe that The (Mediocre) Miz could actually become United States champion. But Bourne definitely should get a shot Monday night against whoever wins it Sunday.

If anything I'm pissed that Primo isn't involved in that match as Carlito is somehow in there.

If anything Bourne should be in that 6 man and Carlito and Primo should be having a proper feud

I'm loving the Jack Swagger/MVP and Carlito/Primo feuds right now, to be honest. They're probably not going to go too much further, but I just like the mid-card potential there. Now all they need to do is pair Evan Bourne and The Miz together in a program, or something.

I've got no clue who is going to be US Champion after Night of Champions, by the way, but my gut tells me either The Miz or Jack Swagger is walking out with the belt.

It would be ideal if Big Show were off doing something else, but then that still leaves one spot left with both Bourne and Primo to fill it.

Regardless, it's pretty obvious that Primo will make sure Carlito doesn't win anyway, Kofi will probably pull another win out of nowhere like he did last time in the fatal fourway on ppv (I think that was his last PPV title defense anyway) and then go on to lose the title to Swagger or Miz at SummerSlam in a one on one match. As much as i'd like to see Miz win the gold i'd put my money on Swagger being the next US Champ, personally.
