Despite an impassioned plea from the Irish chapter of the Bruce Willis fan club, Die Hard fell just short of defeating the Empire. That makes three victories for Star Wars (two of them very close) and another step closer to enshrinement.

Our next battle will hopefully be just as intense. So unfortunately there's no time for the old in-out, love.

I've voted for ESB in each of its first three rounds, but Clockword Orange is one of if not my favorite movie.

It's funny, because Roger Ebert and I usually agree on most movies but he absolutely hated this film. He called it a paranoid right-wing fantasy.

I'm not a Star Wars fan and I love Clockwork Orange. Pretty easy vote for me.

As explained earlier, I'm a huge Star Wars nerd, and would probably vote this over any movie.

2 movies I have seen, finally.

Going to go with my home decor and vote Star Wars again.

Its pretty funny that Darth Vader (David Prowse) was in ACO.

The things you learn from IMDB.

A Clockwork Orange

dunno why. I liked the book more than Empire and I liked the movie about the same so it worked out like this

If it were any other Kubrick movie, I would've voted for that, but Clockwork Orange literally made me fall asleep (even 2001 didn't do that). Maybe it's because I read the book first, and the movie just came off as rather flat compared to how I pictured it, but I really think Clockwork Orange is one of those movies that gets by more on its reputation.

My inner movie-snob is screaming bloody murder at me for this, but I vote Empire.

I've actually never seen Clockwork Orange, so I shall abstain from voting.

Empire Strikes Back. I saw Clockwork Orange a long time ago, and quite frankly can't remember anything about it.

Plus I doubt I'm gonna actually post against a Star Wars film anyway...

I liked Clockwork and respect everything it stands for, but in terms of which one I like more as a film, Empire

As I have explained, Empire is really high up on my favorite movies of all-time list. A Clockwork Orange is great, but it doesn't beat it out.
It's also not even my favorite Kubrick movie

I'm voting against anything Star Wars related. Im just glad i only have to vote against it one more time until it is retired. Just go ahead and put it against the Brendan Fraser classic Monkeybone next round so I can be the lone voter for Monkeybone

A Clockwork Orange is one of my top 4 or 5 films of all time and depending on the day my favorite of all time. And I don't really even like Star Wars very much. PRETTY EACE

A Clockwork Orange is pretty to look at, but it comes off as slightly contrived and obvious to me. It's what a high school theatre student calls their favorite movie when they are trying to seem cool.

I enjoyed ACO, but Empire wins here, by quite a lot.
