I have this thing happening when everytime I go to google to search something, i type in what im searching and when the results come up i will click a link, and it takes me to an AD site. Like ads for clickfast.com or whatever the case may be. It does it repeatedly too, so it makes it almost impossible to just close that and try it again.

It does this on both AOL and explorer so I have no idea what is up.

I am assuming this isnt normal.

Any help would be mucho bueno.

I tried this, and unfortunately, it did not work. :(

I also tried putting the computer in safe mode and deleting the viewpoint files - but it is still doing the same damn thing and is INDESCRIBABLY frustrating. I can not accomplish a damn thing and have a trip in 1 week, so I seriously need to fix this.

Here's another possible solution I just found.

Go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Privacy and set the slider to "Reject All Cookies."

Then go back to the General Tab and select Delete under "Browsing History" and delete EVERYTHING (or just the first three if you don't want to lose everything).

Download that and post the log when the scan's finished.

Damn, nothing obvious pops out for me.

Here's something else to try:

There is almost certainly bound to be some junk (leftover bits and pieces) on your system that is doing nothing but taking up space. I would recommend that you run CCleaner. Install it, update it, check the default setting in the left-hand pane, ensure you uncheck old prefetch data found under the system tab, and under the heading of Utilities uncheck Ewido Security Suite log, then click Analyze> Run Cleaner. You may be fairly surprised by how much it finds. Also click Issues then Scan for issues – fix selected issues

Shit.

I tried that as well.

While it did get rid of a lot of useless crap, it didn't stop it. :(

I have no fucking idea what to do.
