I don't recommend it really. The board may be useful for other games though. Like Wii Fit can and is fun, but to an extent. The game is meant to be all about replay value, but it doesn't really have any. You will have fun with it, but after a month it will become boring and the only thing you will use it for is a scale. This is based on the few people, including myself who I know own it and after so long got bored of it.

Why, are you a dissilousioned fat kid now?
It's neat at first, but the novelty wears off in like 20 minutes.

Honestly it's helped me and my wife.
As a motivational tool, weighing yourself weekly trying to bring your weight down.
I've lost 30 lbs since xmas, my wife has lost more. Yes it required things other than Wii Fit, but it was still a good tool for what it was

I need to gain weight if anything. "Gain muscle mass"
Then you need weights, not Wii Fit.

Gonna nonchalantly buy Muscle Juice tomorrow thanks Dorkchop
I wish I still had my weight set. Sold it because it sat in the garage for 12 years.
