Tonight we find out who emerged victorious between Tommy Dreamer and Christian in their match at Night of Champions.
It all starts in just a couple minutes on SyFy.
UPDATE: Not too much time left in the show, did manage to find a stream at http://www.justin.tv/flemsey1/old

What'd everyone think of the ECW title match at NOC?
I thought it was pretty solid. At the very least, the best match Tommy Dreamer has been in, in quite some time.

Paul Burchill's been great since that match with Evan Bourne.

I know. But if I post NOW, I may miss my next window while I'm asleep.
It's all about strategy right now.

Woo Woo Woo
sweet flying leg lariat by Ryder
Christian is the fucking man. Great matches with Tyson Kidd, Shelton Benjamin, a respectable match with Dreamer at NOC and now this match with Ryder.
Way to bail on the thread guys.
Way to bail on the thread guys.
Yeah. This has confused me for some time now.
Guys make these threads and then bail - no further posts.
What's the point?
Does it improve your TPWW status in some way if you create 'x' number of threads? :wtf:
Speaking of making threads, brb

I only "bailed" because I was attempting to find a stream, ok guys? I made this up so that there would be proper space for people to talk about the show tonight.
GOD, some people are too picky around here...
But it was a comment 'in general'.

Ryder was amazing.

I heard that Christian and Ryder's match was amazing -- and this was from someone who has not been a big fan of Ryder's even since the makeover. Is this true? I think my interest in ECW is renewed again. Christian as ECW Champion makes me very happy, and Ryder bringing the goods at only 24 years of age makes me a happy customer.
Paul Burchill is always good, but it's only recently that the WWE have let him be that good. Goldust looked motivated even before he went to ECW. I still love the character, I just wish he'd find someone to feud with.
I dunno, "amazing" might be a stretch, but it was pretty damn good.

Keeping in mind that Zack Ryder is essentially a 24-year old walking gimmick. It makes you wonder what Curt Hawkins is capable of. I always purely liked Ryder more, but I thought that Hawkins seemed to have a more natural grasp of in-ring aspects of the business.

The Ryder vs. Christian match was one of the better matches I have seen on ECW in a while. I don't care too much for Ryder's gimmick (although I like his theme music) but you can't deny his in ring ability. Even though Ryder lost, Christian barely won. I see these 2 going at it again very soon only this time for the ECW title.
