<font color=goldenrod>Just read it on the main newsboard, tonight the RAW Brand is holding a house show in Mexico, with a special WWE Cruiserweight Title match between Chavo and Rey.

I can understand that they are doing Chavo/Rey because it's in Mexico and whatnot, but it got me thinking, isn't it against the Mexican Wrestling Code to wrestle in Mexico again if you lose your mask?

If this is the case, will Rey be wrestling as a heel for breaking the code?</font>

Didn't Chavo take off his mask a long time ago too in Mexico? I'm not sure about this...

Oh yeah, and I doubt that Rey will be heel. If anything, he'll get the biggest pop of the entire night.

Rey would probably have to wrestle without the mask.

I thought SmackDown was already taped in Mexico, my bad.

lol, that was a joke. But it's neat that they're doing that, I guess. Keep this up and WWE will be multi-nation, and each nation will have their own brand competing with the other countries. And then like, there will be fake olympics, and all sorts of stuff.

Rey can wrestle with the mask because he lost it in a match that wasn't Mexican linked or something, so its a loophole.

I'm not sure how to phrase it.

If he'd lost his mask while wrestling for a Mexican promotion like AAA or CMLL, then the fans there would be very upset if he showed up with his mask again. But he lost it in WCW so it's probably not that big a deal.

It's not really a law, so much as it is a tradition. Remember, in countries like Canada, Japan, and Mexico, wrestling isn't treated like a joke the way it is in th US.

<font color=goldenrod>I think it'd be interesting to see the reaction for Chavo Sr. if he manages Chavo Jr, seeing as he was one of the biggest stars of Mexican wrestling.</font>

Well, does anyone have any reports as to how this show went?
