Hardy crotching the turnbuckle was so fucking stupid. Why of all places would you have him go into the corner where there's no give?

And the superplex on the ladder was even worse. Just so dangerous.

That was a really good PPV and one of the best Summerslam PPV's ever, right up there with 98 and 2000.

CM Punk vs Hardy was ridiculous, I was really worried for both of their safety, amazingly well put together match.

Cena vs Orton was a suprisingly good match and well booked.

DX vs Legacy was a great old school style tag match.

I also enjoyed the Unified Tag Title Match

the others were forgettable and I missed the opening match but overall, a really good ppv.

I'd love Undertaker to pass the torch to Jeff Hardy, but make it so that first HARDY HAS TO GO TO HELL AND COME BACK. THen Hell in a cell at mania. Jeff finally beats Taker. Ends the streak at 25.

One of the sickest spots was the last fall off the ladder, Punk just punched him until he let go and fell off right near the ring apron from the top of the ladder, just not a lot of give there. It looks painful. Undertaker revival was great.

Worst part was Regal losing a 10 second match. What the hell was up with that? Though judging by what happened after it, I think he might become ECW Champion at Breaking Point when he uses his rematch clause.

A few thoughts:

1. Ziggler and Legacy lost, but they looked damn good doing it.

2. Kane stomped Khali at the end, but it may have been Khali's best match yet.

3. ECW title was screwed, but it wasn't as bad as Mania. Hopefully, this fuels a storyline of serious Regal Revenge.

4. I think it's very telling that the most interesting thing about Orton/Cena was how many times they could end it.

5. Jeff certainly knows how to go out with a bang. Hat's off.

In the Orton/Cena match there was a fan that jumped in and started choking out the ref while Cena had the STF on Orton. This fan did NOT want to let go! There's a good chance charges will be brought on him.

D-Generation X/Legacy stole the show and was much better than I expected. It was pretty much a given that DX would win, but Legacy looked strong throughout.

World Heavyweight Championship Match was amazing, and if this was indeed Jeff Hardy’s finale, it was dynamite. What a TLC Match that was, and I loved Hardy’s Swanton Bomb. I also enjoyed Hardy disappearing and The Undertaker showing up in his place.

WWE Championship Match was good. A sense of unpredictability in this one, and some of it really had me on the edge of my seat. Love how into the match the audience was as well.

As it turns out, the man who attacked referee Scott Armstrong during the WWE Championship match between Randy Orton and John Cena before being dragged out by personnel was not a fan. The individual in question is WWE developmental wrestler Brett DiBiase.

DiBiase is the 21-year-old son of wrestling legend "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase. and brother of current WWE star Ted DiBiase, Jr. WWE signed the third generation wrestler to a developmental contract at the start of the year.
