Who would it be?
I would bring back HBK circa late 1997. He was at his finest in the ring, and was perhaps best heel in history, while getting the best reactions.
Early DX HBK was simply amazing.
Who would you bring back? Anyone, at any time in their careers.
2nd place for me would be Ric Flair Circa 1986

Mr Perfect and Bobby Heenan circa 1990.

Piper from 84-86, for being the greatest talker, most charismatic, and greatest heel of all time.

Marty Jannetty, pre-Barber Shop. Michaels couldn't carry his jockstrap.

In light of Clox's post, I would love to see James Storm jump ship (provided he could keep his current gimmick) and feud with CM Punk.

Brusier Brody anytime as a matter of fact him taking the strap from Hogan at WM 3 would be awesome.

Stole my idea.
I'd bring back Gorgeous George. A man before his time. Knew how to work the crowd into a frenzy, could work a solid match, and had that "it" factor.

I would say Owen Hart, if CM Punk and Rey Mysterio can be Heavyweight Champions so can Owen damnit! Owen vs Punk = DREAM MATCH

1989 Vader
Oh yeah, nice. We need a real Hoss. Vader in 89 was like Lesnar in 2003. Best Big man runs ever.

Foley said it best in his first book, if Vader was 10 years younger, he would have been massive

Jake Roberts, late 80's-early 90's WWF run. But with the gimmick amped up a bit. Less about putting snakes on opponents and more about just being fucking dark.

I'd have to say Owen, or a Bret/Angle from in their prime.
