UT2003 isn't really all that "new". UT2004 is sooooo much better too, so you should have just gotten that

F-Zero GX is all right, but I only played it like 3 days then got Mario Kart so yeah. Probably a fun game if you're a fan of racing games, but I'm a huge Mario Kart fan so I took that over.

Never heard of Ultimate Muscle

Haven't played the new FF game but I heard it was shit so I'm a bit reluctant to pick it up

No they're just new to me. Also they didn't have UT2k4 at the store but I was looking for it.

Ok, ask about games BEFORE you snag 'em, savy?

Anyway, F-Zero is one of the cooler racers on the 'Cube. But like dude said, Mario Kart is the #1 racer on Nintendo's box.

Ultimate Muscle is a wrestling game made in part by AKI, the kings of the N64 wrestling series. I guess if you want that form of sports/entertainment parady; go for it.

FF:CC is best played with three other friends. With a GBA for each of you. And a GC/GBA link cable for eacg of you. Surely you read about this requirment?

Unreal 2K3 is kinda outdated. What you did was equal to getting Madden 2003 when 2004's out now.

Well with UT2k4's Onslaught mode, it is more like getting Madden 64 when Madden 2004 is out

Yeah the only thing is i don't have like 100 dollars to waste away on a gameboy. Is it still possible to play and beat the game without anyone else?

You should really probably look into what you're buying first before going on a spree. I'm guess you spent around $130 to $150 and you say, and I quote, "the only thing is i don't have like 100 dollars to waste away on a gameboy".

I am left speechless.

No actually UT was $10, Ultimate Muscle was $10, F-Zero was free with Ultimate Muscle, and FF was $45 which I split with my brother. So I ended up paying about $40.

Just wanted to throw in that Crystal Chronicles is pretty decent, even in one player mode. It is alot easier and you get to see alot more of the feature of the game if you play with gameboys , even if its only in single player. When you have the gameboys you get the vaious maps, and the part where you paint and give the moogle a haircut have relevance rather than just something stupid to do on the side.

I haven't beaten the game yet. I bought it and played it for a few days straight and then put it to the side. But that's mainly because I'm always picking up new games every week. The levels i played were kind of neat and colorful, but if you're into traditional RPG games you might not like it as much. Basically you have to beat a whole level and defeat the boss, then you earn an artifact which permenantly adds to one of your stats like Strenth Magic, or spell slots. So leveling up is slow and isn't based on how many people you kill, but more how many times you run through particular levels to collect all the artifacts.

The big deal about the game boys is it basically becomes a whole new game with friends, because you can do combo attacks, and you all compete on certain goals in the level like not using magic on enemies . . and then whoever sticks to the goal listed on their gameboy for the level gets first pick when of the artifacts available in the game. Its kind of difficult to explain to someone, you really have to see it. But as everyone else has said, the game is alot better in multiplayer than single.
