I was wondering... Can anyone remember a time when a cage match was won by going out the door? Im running a blank here... :wtf:

Yea I always thought WWE shouldve used the door more in cage matches. Cause really tell me this. If you have your opponent beaten down would you rather take your time to climb the cage to get out or would you rather go out the door which is closer and takes less effort to get to. Really now its not a hard choice.

In 1997, Sid beat Bret Hart on house shows every night during their run doing that finish (and when they did it on TV, they did it the other way around).

I remember seeing Roddy Piper beating Rick Rude by existing through the door.

it is rather strange... in the cage when there is an option, they climb... but in the HIAC when you're not supposed to escape... they use the door. :?:
