Virus Problem

First off I am lucky I can even access the net


but I turned the computer on around 20 minutes ago and the wallpaper I had went to a plain dark blue color and the Icons have disappeared

the only way I can access anything is thru Start Menu


apparently its called Security Tool and well it wasn't doing it last night so I assume it is a virus

anyone know anything?


Right now it keeps popping up with different Alerts

I am kind of pissed off by all this god damn shit happening
