Any fan of wrestling in the early to late 90's and even now know about the revolution that was ECW. There was an incident that took place called the Mass Transit incident. Most of you know what it is and what occurred and if you don't, i'm not going to go into detail about it. If you have never referenced or been familiar with the Mass Transit Incident, please watch the embedded video and you can read the biographical background information here:

My question and topic opening for discussion:
Should anyone from ECW have been liable at the time of the incident for what happened to that kid. If you think so....who should have been liable and what should they have been liable for? Should it have been ECW as a Company, Paul Heyman as the Promoter, The Gangstas/D-Von Dudley as the wresters in the ring....
If you believe that no one should have been liable.....at the same time....does anyone feel because of the negative publicity and the backlash from the incident....ECW's first PPV was on hold....should the kid and his family have been liable.
Keep in mind that the family of the underage kid had charges pressed against New Jack and attempted to bring a civil suit against ECW and New Jack.
Should Paul Heyman and ECW have been able to sue the kid and his parent for defimation of character and loss of potential revenue.
Keep in mind the kid lied about his age, lied about having been trained as a wrestler, and his dad even admits on the video yelling at the wrestlers to stop it, he's just a kid, he's only 17....thus admitting the kid fraudently passed himself off to be over the age of 18.
Your thoughts and opinons on this ....k lets go!!
