This match is totally insane. I love Stan Hansen and Brody, they could go at the most ridiculous pace for men their size and they just came off as legit badasses as opposed to the roidmonkies of today.

Also... Ricky Steamboat and J. Youngblood looked amazing in this match... they didn't back down the entire match... I marked the fuck out when Brody and Steamer are on the outside and Steamboat starts going toe to toe with the big man. It's also stiff as shit the entire time. Hansen and Brody would be unpleasant to wrestle a match with for anyone.

Fucking awesome stuff. Wish there was shit like this around these days. But w/e thank god the internet provides us with this awesomeness.

Also watch Brody and Hansen vs. The Funks... seriously they just come off as the most hardcore badasses.

Used to love it when Hansen would come through the crowd with his bullrope and literally beat on any of the japs that got in the way. Pretty hilarious.

Yeah that dude was a total lunatic lol. My knowledge of Japanese wrestling is limited but I feel as though much of it transcends "heels vs. faces" because the entire crowd goes apeshit for Brody and Hansen who are obviously the clear heels.

Lol I swear though 3 out of every 4 Hansen match he starts destroying refs it's fucking hilarious. Total wild man.


I'm pretty sure my dream match would be a fresh Steve Austin (I'm talking around April- June 1997) vs. Stan Hansen... in Texas. ahaha that would be fucking wild.
