Aside from dropkicking the wrong leg, could you guys give me your opinion on how this Shining Wizard looks?

Poor :-\ You don't seem very confident in your ability to not really hurt the other guy. More of an enzuigiri as well

Yeah I agree with CSL, more of an enzigiri than Shining Wizard. However I believe with some more practice you will gain the confidence in the move and you'll be able to hit it better. You seem to know what you want to do, you just need to get the timing down a little more.
Another thing I see that could of maybe had something to do with it was the taunt. It seems like doing that took you a little longer to get into position do do the move and it all kind of fell apart. I like the selling you did, but if your opponent had stayed down a little longer and then you sold then got up and did the taunt then as he was rising did the Wizard I think it would of come off a lot better.
But like I said practice will let you put everything together better.

It was an enzuigiri, and that didn't look half bad.

Ask your trainer, people on the internet can only tell you it looks bad.

I like the critique from the people on the internet, I figure they're so picky, I'll get thoughts on everything down to the most minuscule detail.

It's hard to critique a move on the internet without nitpicking and sounding like a jerk. The second half needs some work You need to find a way to have more rotation/follow through with your leg when you connect with your opponents head while not hurting them. I'd definitely recommend asking your trainer for tips.
Looks more like an enziguri than a wizard. Reminds me of Jericho's:

Yeah, it looked the shits. Make it look better
As has been said, it's not a Shining Wizard. A Shining Wizard has them on one knee or both. Really a kneeling Enziguri, you just did an Enziguri.
