Windows XP

Lately when I've been in the middle of transferring a file (usually a video file) from my internal hard drive to an external hard drive, I'm getting the dreaded "Windows has encountered a problem sorry for the inconvenience" message and it shuts down explorer.

Any ideas chaps?

FYI

The advice here http://mcpmag.com/Articles/2005/10/10/RightClick-Gone-Wrong.aspx?Page=1 (http://mcpmag.com/Articles/2005/10/10/RightClick-Gone-Wrong.aspx?Page=1)

solved my problem. Turns out it was due to a PDF converter I downloaded and it's 'right-click' feature wasn't entirely compatible with XP.
