So I downloaded 7 RC from microsoft.com and got a key with it. So right now I am using it, it's activated and there is no expiry date. But there is this watermark on the right end of my screen reading Evaluation copy build 7100.

Do I need to panic or install another os and why.

Well, that's exactly what you're using. No need to worry about it.

Starts expiring March 1, 2010. Full effect June 1, 2010.
