I know. I'm not trying to make excuses but I live with roommates and I feel really weird using my full voice singing with them around haha.

Plus for all the instruments I was recording through a mixer but I don't have access to a mic right now so I've been using the shitty laptop mic.

But it's a good start right?

It's a work in progress bear with me.

there's still the "staying in tune" part, which wasn't so bad because they were downplayed by the production and effects. The rest was well done, though.

Do you drum or do you use a drum machine/program? I had to crank up my speakers just to hear the song, so I couldn't tell if the drums were real or not.

My drummer wrote the drums in guitar pro, and then I converted the resulting midi with EZDrummer. Sounds good eh?

Everything else (Guitar, Bass, Vocals) I recorded myself.

And yeah I know. It's just hard to stay in tune when I can't use the volume I want to hit the note I want to hit.
