What do you think Katie Lea and Paul "The Ripper" Burchill will do now that they lost the mask vs. career match? I am hoping that Katie Lea get moved to the Smackdown women's division and actually has matches. Katie Lea could be used as the British heel woman instead of Layla more effectively and she would be a good contendor towards the women's title. Beth, Natalya, Katie and Mickie would be a more improved smackdown women's division. These are my favorite divas along with Maria, Eve and Gail Kim.
Paul Burchill hopefully continues to get used. He should get the push McIntyre is getting. I think he is a far better wrestler and I think he has the potential to be a top contendor to John Morrison or the Intercontinental Championship in general. He could also effectively partner up with McIntyre as he does have potential and create a United Kingdom tag team to challenge for the unified tag team titles.

Why not keep Burchill on ECW and just put him under a mask? That makes the most sense storyline wise, since he said he was going to retire not leave ECW.

I've actually been thinking that he'll come back in a mask to be the "arch-nemesis" of the Hurricane. He could easily wrestle as "The Ripper" too. It'd be cheesy, but potentially awesome.

Nice! I really like the idea of a Super Villain character in wrestling particularly against the over-the-top character of the Hurricane. Not sure what he'd do when the feud ends though.

I tell you what have McIntrye team up with Burchill led by Roddy Piper how's that for international flair? Then have them do a cross promotional feud (yeah i said it) With Regal, Zeke and Vlad. Oh the international war fare baby!

How about McIntyre teams with Burchill and they are mentored by a Finlay who returns to a heel and the man known for "loving to fight" instead of Swoggle's pussy daddy

I was really hoping that when Hurricane was getting all those mysterious messages (what was that, about 2002ish?) about someone from his past coming to get him, it was going to be Shannon Moore under a mask as a supervillain. Someone who knows his past, etc.
Instead we got Nidia.
Wow.

As I said before in another thread; I can not wait for Katie Lea to get some wrestling time. She looks like she can hold her own in the ring and is not half bad to look at.
It kind of looks like Smackdown, with the exception of Michelle McCool, is going towards the Divas with more "alternative" physiques; Natayla, Mickie James, Beth Phoenix, Katie Lea. Still god damn hot as all hell

<font color=goldenrod>SmackDown seems to be the logical landing point. I hope they don't throw Burchill and Drew together arbitrarily.</font>

If Mike Knox can get a push on RAW, then why can't Paul Burchill?!
Cut Burchill's hair, give him longer trunks, and let him just go around and destroy people. He could be the Samoa Joe of the WWE - when Joe first came along and destroyed the X division (bloody towel and all).
I think Burchill has the skills to be a top performer, minus the mic skills, and he might be one of the best wrestlers in the company. It's actually very frustrating to see how much they've watered down his moveset, and how he's gone from "generic foreign heel" to "cartoon pirate" to just "the guy with a sister." They need to either do something with the sister gimmick or drop it completely. Unfortunately, I'm afraid he'll be future endeavored before they figure out how to use him.

Smackdown would be the best thing for Burchill. Raw has not been too kind to him in the past.

Burchill looks far more menacing with the shorter trunks. Plus, the longer hair is kind of cool. Adds a layer of sophistication to him.
I'm torn between wanting to see Burchill on ECW under a mask, continuing his program with The Hurricane; or showing up on SmackDown! and actually giving Katie Lea some ring time. She recently worked some European house shows as a face. She would help balance out the division there. She could also remain a heel if Beth Phoenix turns.
I really, really, really want to see John Morrison vs. Paul Burchill, to be honest.

I want them to split and have Paul go to Smackdown and Katie Lea go to Raw.
Paul would do great on Smackdown and I think Katie Lea could help the Raw women's division out a lot.

Hmm, well let's look at the female divisions:
RAW:
Faces: Gail Kim, Melina, Eve Torres, Brie Bella, Nikki Bella, Kelly Kelly
Heels: Jillian Hall, Maryse, Alicia Fox
SmackDown!:
Faces: Mickie James, Maria
Heels: Natalya, Michelle McCool, Layla
Tweeners: Beth Phoenix (she's getting nice pops for destroying random girls)
Either way you look at it, both brands could use some re-enforcements. SmackDown! doesn't need another heel girl. Natalya and Michelle McCool are more than talented enough to hold that fort down. So is Beth Phoenix if she remains a heel. SmackDown! could use faces, though. If Phoenix turns, then they could use a random heel to boost up their numbers a bit. SmackDown! hasn't got enough women.
RAW has got some talented girls, but could use another REALLY talented girl. Right now they only have Gail Kim at that level. SmackDown! has got three. However, given that RAW features less emphasis on wrestling, I still think that Katie Lea would add more to SmackDown! than RAW.

<font color=goldenrod>For what it's worth...Paul Burchill is being booked on Raw house shows now.</font>
As seen this past Tuesday night on ECW, Paul Burchill lost a "Mask vs. Career" match to The Hurricane. As a result, Burchill and his sister, Katie Lea, were forced to leave the Land of Extreme. They are not expected to be held off television for long as WWE plans on having them re-join the Raw brand, reports PWInsider.com.

If he goes to Raw, I hope at least they use him..... and in a good way.... maybe start him in a feud with Evan Bourne..... he's hasn't been doing much other than jobbing to Jack Swagger..... could even get Bourne to partner with Kelly or another diva for a mixed tag feud as well
