It's still ridiculous. The man is 8-5 on PPV this year yet every time he wins people act like he's fucking undefeated or something. Let's just have everyone be 50/50 wins and losses. I was bored and so I ordered the PPV. A few thoughts:

1) "Go back to Toronto. I'm from Winnipeg you idiot!" That exchange between a random fan and Jericho was hilarious. Completely out of the blue and I enjoyed it immensely.

2) It boggles my mind as to how CM Punk played 2nd fiddle to Orton in their mini-stable. And people wonder why I always bitch about Smackdown and ECW continuously playing 2nd fiddle to RAW. Like I said - the WWE can push guys like CM Punk, Jeff Hardy, Kofi, etc., etc. all they want, and even give them a gay world title reign, but NONE of that matters unless they get a CLEAN AND CONVINCING victory over the likes of Triple H, Cena, or Undertaker at some point in time...and ESTABLISH themselves as the clear-cut #1 guy in the company.

3) I love the way Kofi went over in his match.

4) I am enjoying Batista's heel character. I loved how the Washington fans were very pro Batista, and kept chanting "one more time!" or "Batista" when he was raping Mysterio.

5) The WWE has pissed away Santino Marella. The guy was so awesome and entertaining as a heel....and RELEVANT! The WWE should have stuck with that.

6) Although I appreciate the way the WWE are trying to create new stars (they are doing a decent job of this), I think the characters need more DISTINCTION. Watching The Miz, Drew MacIntyre, and Jack Swagger in there made me realize how the WWE seem to be pushing most of their heels as either...

a) A good looking yet cocky heel
b) A big ugly guy that dominates.

The WWE needs to be more creative with their characters. Look at the Attitude era for instance. So many different heels, with so many different personalities.

7) I loved the triple threat match between HBK, HHH ,and Cena.

I have a feeling we've got TLC Rematches of the title matches in store for us at TLC in 3 weeks. Its not enough time to develop another feud or anything. Taker's only other logical opponent would be Punk and they've made him a joke and I have no idea who else could face Cena..

Liked the way the pushed Kofi. Was hoping to see a title change in at least one of the World Title bouts.

Pulling for Jericho to win the WHC, and HBK to win the WWE title. HBK needs to be champ one more time, its been 7 years since he has had a world title, he's due one more.

-I enjoyed the opener. A lot of guys had some good showings, and it was pretty unpredictable. Definitely expected Morrison to make somewhat of a comeback against them, but whatever. I understand they are trying to push Drew and Sheamus pretty well right now, but I'm just not into it right now. I would have preferred if Swagger looked stronger over either of those two last night.

-Batista/Rey was pretty good. Really helped Batista's character and furthered the story between the two of them. This should be a pretty good feud.

-Team Orton/Team Kofi was solid, and had some great booking. Ted's elimination had me confused though but meh. I was very glad to see Christian look good here, as he eliminated Rhodes, and would have eliminated Orton if not for the breakup by Punk. Punk also looked good here, and loved the Kofi/Punk mini-match at the end. Orton standing outside the ring really helped save a lot of the feud, and at the same time gave it so much progression. The double elimination by Kofi was done very well, as I don't think Punk or Orton looked weak during it at all.

-Taker/Jericho/Show was alright. Nothing special, IMO. I'd like to see Taker/Jericho go at it some more, since we only got a glimpse of it on SD! and not in a proper PPV feud, but I guess we'll see what happens. Finish was pretty cool, but the match itself was nothing great.

-Divas match, to be honest I didn't check this one out. I'll probably go back later and watch.

-Cena/HBK/HHH was a great match. The SCM in the beginning really set the tone for the match, and got the crowd into immediately. It worked perfectly I thought. Some great spots, and some great near falls had me guessing the whole time. I was disappointed to see Cena win, of course, but it makes sense for now.

-Overall, the show was alright. Kofi/Orton match and the WWE title stood out really well, but the rest of it was so-so. I don't know what it is about Survivor Series matches, but I just don't really care about them all that much. Kofi/Orton impressed me though and is a slight exception, but the matches just don't sit well with me. With such a hyped gimmick, I think the "sole survivors" should be rewarded with a Championship match or something to make things a lot more interesting.

And IMO, there hasn't been a great one since Team Austin vs. Team Bischoff back in 2003. I think itll add a lot more to the drama and build of the match if something was actually up for grabs. I dunno.
